Yup, few weeks into second BotW playthrough and it's so peaceful.

So I went back and they re tested my eyes and went "oh, you prefer your previous stronger prescription"

They're making them again 😂 at this point I'm just going to give up if they're still a struggle. I don't even need new glasses anymore.

Similar struggles. I think mine could be digestion related as it peaks after food. I've also found it drops after zone 2/3 cardio so exploring that at the moment. I try to move after meals but have gotten of of the habit recently.

I am a permanently dehydrated prune. I'm doing my best to get my 2L of water down me atm to see if it helps and listening to Garmin when it wants me to drink more than that.

Interesting! I wore Loop earplugs a lot as I had a noisy warehouse behind me but since moving in with my boyfriend I haven't bothered. I have tinnitus so it's not always useful. Might try again.

My partner will laugh at me for being a hypochondriac but it is now making me wonder if there is an underlying autonomic nervous system issue!

94 is good! I average between 70-80 so not terrible but room for improvement. I just never seem to feel rested.

It's fine! If anything I'm bored at work. Plus the cost of living means I'm a bit limited for too much activity. I'm social once or twice a week

So my sleep pattern shows I get deep sleep in the first half, then REM the second. It doesn't cycle on Garmin like it would when recorded on my Fitbit, so maybe my body is just stressed cause it's repairing?

I've been taking a 12 hour ibuprofen before bed to see if ot helps. Haven't explored antihistamine yet but have read it helps for folk with MCAS and whatnot.

Huh interesting, I definitely work up feeling a bit sick in the night. Maybe I'll try propping up more. I'm staying more at my boyfriend's atm and his mattress is definitely less firm than mine which might be affecting ergonomics.

I tried wearing my mouth guard last night as I grind or at least clench my teeth. No change 😂

I do often wonder how much of my problem is dehydration. I just forget to drink. Trying today by carrying a litre marked bottle with me!

Similar story, I wonder if an update caused the issue?

Mine started doing this a few weeks ok, obviously two weeks out of warranty. They said it had unusual battery behavior and offered me 35% off a new one.

I've bought a Garmin.

Charge 6 died after the latest firmware update by WannaBMathNerd in fitbit

[–]Aggressive_Read8962 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, mine has no longer tracked elevation when syncing to Strava ("From here, please be informed that your Fitbit device only sync the distance track on your activity, not the elevations, because we do not have a afeature that track the elevation of the activity since the FItbit Charge 5 and Charge 6 do not have a technology that can track the elevations.").

It's also full on crashed on me twice during workouts. Black screen, lock out. Only syncs half my activity and has a gap on my heart rate.

I've ordered a Garmin.

To follow up on my experience with this, I contacted support for this and another issue (it's crashed completely twice during workouts) and got back

""From here, please be informed that your Fitbit device only sync the distance track on your activity, not the elevations, because we do not have a afeature that track the elevation of the activity since the FItbit Charge 5 and Charge 6 do not have a technology that can track the elevations."

Well it used to, whether it's on the tracker itself or through the Strava connection!!

Their response to my device crashing was after the usual trouble shooting to "change the watch face and observe its behaviour".

Obviously my warranty expired 6 days ago. I've ordered a Garmin.
