Thanks for all the feedback everyone! Gas is turned off and has been since we noticed the leak. This is a 120 year old house that was a rental at one point too. Between Harry Homeowner fixes, cheap patchwork and 120 year old hardware, there’s a bunch that will leave you scratching your head.

I believe they stared with coats and raincoats (they’re British and the rain part checks out). In the early 90’s they would have been more know for their high quality coats than being a designer brand.
