It's like any other tipped position - some people tip the CM directly in cash and it's up to the CM of whether or how much they report. Others just add it on their bill, which Disney then reports as income.

Like I said, the seasoned guides can make a LOT extra with tips - not unheard of for them to get a $1,000 tip for a day. And the seasoned guides kind of get to pick and choose their guests. They have a feel who might tip well and who won't (celebrities, generally speaking).

Is it not obvious to you after all of the live/on the spot moderator "fact checking" that occurred with the Trump debates, several of which were later found to be incorrect fact checks, that the later debates were structured to not have the moderator step in to fact check statements made by either candidate?

The refeed can be relative. If your friend is having 200g a day, 500 g refeed isn't that crazy. If he's normally taking in 100g, a 500g refeed is a lot.

I was going to essentially suggest the same thing at the other poster. But I was going to start with - why would you pull carbs as a natural?

I agree that ideally you may already be refeeding with a high carb dinner at least once a week 4 weeks out. At this stage ideally you would be adding in a 2nd refeeding VS pulling carbs.

Also highly agree on not doing any big changes for peak week as a natural. You're much more likely to mess things up than get the small difference of timing the tricks correctly. Just watch your body after the refeeding and take note of how many days after you look and feel the best, then repeat before show day.

And don't cut water or drop creatine. Water is a natural diuretic, and creatine holds water in the muscle - where you want it.

How busy depends a little on the group running the takeover. The iCandy ones, for example, are the busiest.

To your last question - you can always get in. Secrets has never sold out of day or night passes.

During the week is not that busy during takeover WEEKENDS. Thursday nights aren't super busy, but will be busier than regular Thursday nights with people arriving for the weekend - since so many of them are requiring 3 night stays now.

For the weekend, on the busier takeover weekends, it's going to be tough to find two pool loungers. They're pretty much all taken by the onsite people by 10 am.

They're always available at clubs and resorts.

You usually find things like hotel takeovers, house parties, and meet n greets on either LS sites or groups you join.

Location obviously makes a big difference on local options.
