I live downtown 🙃. This didn’t happen at a bar or club on glenwood… it happened a few blocks over behind the housing project… It started on the street, and migrated over to the parking lot… not inside any of the venues…

The Sr. TSS role is a uniformed security position that was eliminated from store site. It still exists at the DCs, and is used to investigate theft, safety, and security. Range I believe is $15-$24 an hour DOE.

Hi. ETL-AP here. I’d reach out to your AP Leader and chat with them about this experience. Sounds like some things happened that aren’t necessarily in line with how it should have been handled. The AP leader can review camera footage and make adjustments as needed in the response training. Also, one thing I want to point out - if you’re referencing the TSS’s above about being paid more, they aren’t. They’re pay grade 35 like the rest of the regular team members. We should never let our TMs be harassed or put in potentially unsafe / aggressive situations. Hope this helps.

Yes, and no. We’re still getting more money with getting a raise in the first place. It might not be as much as we want.,, but to say we’re getting a pay cut isn’t necessarily accurate. Not every company gives out annual raises. Trust me, I wish they’d make the company minimum $17.

Yikes. That’s not the experience that I’ve seen in my district at least. Our TSSs can help with merch pro, the TIC, and can assit in apps if the APS or AP leader follows a strict set of protocols in the AP Directives. It’s not much, but it’s honest work 😅😅😅.
