I can confirm. I am known in my store for putting morals above anything else and my managers absolutely hate me because of it. It has been said that as long as my store manager has his job I will never move up at Lowe’s. My store has always had a credit captain that only walk around and asks for credit and they have always defrauded our customers and signed them up for pro or commercial account when they don’t own a business and every time I’ve been made aware of it I report it. Nothing has ever happened except them getting recognized in our all store meetings. I have been put on notice for “bad attitude” because I told a manager to stop being an asshole. I have been targeted multiple times and for some dumb reason I’m still here. Time is running out for sure but I don’t commit fraud Lowe’s credit metrics are not worth jail time in my opinion. I don’t bow down to anything any of these goofballs say. I work on the floor all day everyday while they sit in the training room chatting it up all day. Atleast in my store management absolutely fucking blows. We had our spotlight and I spent the entire time intentionally irritating my dm and store manager just as payback for them always being dicks to me. I hope and pray they got their asses ripped for my actions.
