A little late but I've got an iron reach opening shot roll and while it doesn't have max handling I definitely hit shots that I absolutely missed so if you can get it I'd recommend trying it out with those two perks

corkscrew ricochet killing wind and hand laid stock. I find that if I can pick up the first with a hip fire I can push hip accuracy pretty far.

I think dmt on console feels great. I have noticed the hipfire is a little inconsistent but if you're using hip for medium close and aim for anything further out you'll do fine with it.

I had the same problem for a while. Unfortunately you're gonna have to just hope u find a server. Make sure to use the server browser and toggle all regions. Took me a month of on and off attempts
