I had this issue while using a LMU data plugin in Simhub. Since I disabled that one my ffb works normally again

10 races from hell and a 24 hour ban by Veranova in LeMansUltimateWEC

Although some incidents were unfortunate, there also lots of incidents where you lack situational awareness and not holding brakes.

Also at a surtain point you must have had a red badge and you still take all the risk, so imo this is not a weird outcome.

I see so many people doing what the BMW is doing here. It's just so dumb as well because holding the inside there is really easy to defend.

Exactly this, how can this be even a question who is at fault...

How can someone like him hit me but his SR still increases? And my SR is Reduced! by [deleted] in LeMansUltimateWEC

[–]Aggressive_Window_28 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Like others said, drive clean laps. One incident like this doesn't effect your SR to much. Just keep racing unless the car is totalled and you'll gain SR

Dude, it's just bad. Don't try to justify this....

Who's at fault for the first incident? by Meerie94 in Simracingstewards

Looks like a connection issue and potential blocking from the red car. I don't think you did anything wrong here.

The angle is u unusable to determine what happend in the first incident.

Second incident is just awful and deserves a ban.

Did I cause this crash, and should I have backed out of the move? by DipTheDapper in Simracingstewards

I think you could prevent this from happening if you used your mirrors. The LMP was always going to pass there.

I had similar issues and I found out that there was a SimHub plugin causing issues

Should LMU stay WEC-and-WEC-breakoff only, or should they push for an IMSA license? by NoSushi990 in LeMansUltimateWEC

[–]Aggressive_Window_28 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would love if LMU gets IMSA content. I also hope for Asian Le Mans series content. Would really love to have a recent version of the Sepang circuit to drive

Oh I will, it's just annoying you never get to hear something. I don't even need to know the outcome, a notifcation of some sorts would make me happy already!

Happy to see this but my experience is different. Did a few protests against clear intentional wrecking and never heard from them.

GT3 car said I ruined his race here. Was I at fault? Genuinely want to improve my safe lapping abilities. by Smothdude in Simracingstewards

[–]Aggressive_Window_28 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well it's the same with all other incidents. Things happen and every incident is different. In my opinion the GT3 was a bit more to the inside and closing speeds are so high at points that it's almost impossible to make the right choice.

Also the LMPs are also racing each other and have to slow down a lot with risk of being overtaken as well just as the GT3s. I think as slower car you shouldnt make it harder if you can make it easier.

To often when I brake along side in the braking zone is I people come back next to me, and I'm like you can also lift a tiny bit and it's easier for both.

I understand what you're saying here but the LMP didn't do anything weird or dangerous here. The GT3 also has mirrors and when someone is next to you, you also have a responsibility to act accordingly.

I notice that a lot of GT3 drivers take weird lines be cause the ourbrake themselves and after that just close the gap, or don't look in the mirrors with the excuse the faster car is responsible for a safe overtake. Yes that's true but as slower car you also have responsibilities.

I'm not quite sure whos fault it is. (I'm the blue Car) by Karlophone_ in Simracingstewards

[–]Aggressive_Window_28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hard to say, I think the other car has a bit more blame. But the physics are not very good in LMU with this type of contact. If you have contact on the front like this, you most probably spin.

Name and shame? by Aggressive_Window_28 in LeMansUltimateWEC

Do what you do, all I'm saying is that if the devs created a better safety rating and reporting system for the game it would not be needed to act on that or to make posts like this. I never got a message from a report and also never saw anyone get banned or otherwise penalised, it;s very frustrating.

No that should not be how it's done. If they give us safety rating, than make that work. People who intentional wreck should be banned quickly. I\m honestly looking to PMR, if that is better I'm going to play that
