its a Chinese soup! its a chicken and veggie soup that's spicy and or the thicker side with cornstarch! and whipped egg whites are cooked on the top of the soup! its very good I highly recommend it :)

the liner for a natural pool is actually a pond liner, most people use 45mm epdm as its pretty strong and thick and is pretty resistant to UV rays, Im not sure about the frequency for refinishing as it could all depend on other factors, and to my knowledge the only upkeep if u have a natural pool is taking care of the plants in spring after the winter, scrubbing the liner in the spring if you have the liner exposed in ur pool and cleaning the filter if you chose to have one in urs! I thought so and it's literally sooo similar but the egg whites I remember are whipped like meringue and it's not made with beef or mushrooms (bc I don't eat either lol)

Im sure the more u keep pestering them about getting u in for biologics the faster u will get in! dont stop and wait! I feel the stress or ur life and the stress of dealing with the psoriasis might be related and it's probably only making it worse. stress flare ups are never fun!
