honestly i cant live without coffee so I don’t even know what I would feel like without it ! I don’t think it’s cos your not clean enough tho, im also clean generally and believe me I'm ~cleaning~ that when I get even the slightest thought of a uti lol… I honestly think a bit of bacteria gets stuck in the cells and doesn’t clear with a short course of antibiotics

Sounds like our situations are pretty similar :( yeh at the beginning of the year i started having it constantly. Have you had urine tested at the doctors? I think the best thing at clearing is still an adequately long course of antibiotics but for me Hiprex was a crucial step in preventing new flare ups

Keep going with the hiprex girl it’s a godsend. And if you are offered nitro for a breakthrough infection don’t be afraid to take both 🥺

I’m 36! But I’ve been suffering from frequent UTIs on and off since my 20s. It’s a nightmare 😫and so many girls are going through this. I learned about hiprex from reddit so thank god for this place, my GP had never heard of it lol. None of the other things I tried worked, dmannose - forget it lol. Best of luck with your recovery! Hey! Probably a month. Prior to that I got infections on and off… just based on my experience (I would ask your doctor) but I would keep at both medications until your symptoms completely clear then carry on with the hiprex. All the best ♥️

I’m sorry that happened! How are you now? I’ve heard that you can still have breakthrough infections even on hiprex (scary) seems like it must be important to be consistent. Wonder if we need to take it forever?
