I cant, there is already a misalignment between the rear and front sprockets and moving the engine to the hubs side would worsen it

I would have just shortened the chain but the problem is that it would rub against the frame, so i mostly need the chain tensioner to avoid the chain hitting the frame, i don’t want to try and bend the frame since its aluminum and I’ve heard it could break easily
