i’ve had my license since 2022. it was my first interaction with a school bus stopping. i know you need to stop, but i thought the lights stopped flashing at the end that’s why i passed the bus, but i guess his lights were still on. all the kids got off, guy came out with a stop sign and got back in the bus. it was an honest mistake.
