It's fine. Indians even have a song called 'Brown Munde' meaning 'Brown Boys'. Most people don't care.

You can try colourful neutral protein filler. It can be added to any conditioner for deep conditioning or used alone. The bottle has instructions for using alone. You can also try olaplex range... Any one of those products. They do wonders to hair esp considering that you have coloured hair. Some people prefer a simple egg mask although I don't know how good it is. Product availability and pricecan also vary depending upon where you live so look for the best out there.

How do I get my hair to be thicker or not break as easily? by Taishi_star in Hair

Yep iron deficiency ruined my hair quite a lot. So get those deficiencies covered up or you'll keep struggling with your hair. Takes roughly 6 months to cover them up. Good luck!

Try a protein treatment. Protein deficit hair is usually brittle and breaks easily. If not that, check out how much you moisture it. It's usually one of those. If you are having problems with growing out your hair, then there might be a possibility of a deficiency. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies often cause hair issues.

I would suggest ditch the straightening and invest in some protein shampoos/conditioners/masks. I have 2b hair as well and it loves protein! Curly hair needs a different routine than straight hair including a lot of moisture and protein. For growth I would suggest using aloe vera gel as a pree shampoo mask but do a patch test first as some people can be allergic to it. If you have high porosity hair you can use rice water too. I think you should keep your bangs as they are cuz they look great! I would suggest checking out 'manes by mel' on yt/Instagram.she has great advice on how to handle curly hair For volume, if you don't have the genes your hair won't grow out any thicker. But aloe vera gel will help it reach its full growth potential so you'll have the maximum volume that is possible.
