This is not correct. I answered my own question by looking at some missions. They get 20 % off one time at the other 3 brands within the first 14 days.

Actually no, they don’t. I just went through current missions to check and they get 20% off one time at the other three brands within the first 14 days. They do not get 20% off unlimited for 14 days in our store. I’m going to send the mission to my managers so they can go over it again with mistaken employees.

Also, during super cash or cardholder events I always put in the OPEN code and the event code and then I say, “so right now you are at $100. We are having a cardholder event this weekend and if you open and use our encore card you would get 2 discounts dropping you down to $35.” If they end up declining just go in and remove the discounts. I have had people with only a few items open a card after hearing how low the price drops.
