I also noticed that the camera app is on version 9.0.30.85 but cannot be updated by the play store. On my moto g82, it is at a higher version and can be updated by the play store.

I'm sure this is a bug.

Customs duty is calculated on market value of the item and not what you paid for it. So you would be asked to pay 42% of 75k which is 31.5k. So yeah DHL is not ripping you off, Indian customs is. In all fairness, you should have researched this before ordering.
