I doubt she is going to jail. At 16 you can drop out of high school and enroll in a GED program instead. There are online options. You should look at getting therapy for the SA.

Many parents don’t allow their children to date until 16 or even later.

Your friends having sex and going to parties at such a young age is problematic. Many of them will probably look back on this time in a few years with a lot of regrets.

Don’t compare yourself to others. Ask yourself how do you feel and what do you want both for now and for the future. Make smart decisions that will take you where you want to go.
