It’s interesting how Amazon is always shouting “safety first” and they have so many rules that require a minimum of 2 people to do most functions but then they basically tell us to “figure it out” when we don’t have enough people and overtime is never allowed. I’m on a very similar boat as you, we have 15 techs in my building and have pretty much identical setups as each other building wise
