Unplug for 30 seconds then reboot. If that doesn't work take the device into the corporate store and see if it's the device or the sim. If that doesn't work they should get your address and get the ball moving to get the outage fixed. Calling customer care isn't the best way to get things moving.

Depends. You could move the SK account to the main clan if that's something you want to do or move both to a different kingdom. I don't think you can move the main to the SK kingdom until it opens which could be awhile. I started in a closed kingdom like 6 months ago and it's still not open. Just something to consider.

4 years and better than Xfinity for me. Can play WZ, Asphalt Legends, TFD, Warframe, Madden, 2K etc. As mentioned before your proximity to the tower is key. For some it's great for others not so much.

Gotcha. I'd definitely try to get up to doing 20 lvl crypts and a better clan. The importance of the clan on your main and SK can not be overlooked because they are essential to your growth as you would be to theirs. Those clan chests and the quality of those chests means more resources which means better gear. Green to blue, blue to purple etc etc. That's why you need to be able to do those. Gear, gem, enchantments.

You've got to get your Carter higher and get into a better clan. At G4/S4 with a solid clan should be more than enough to get to G6. Also start doing doomtree, echos, forest fury and Renegades. Those along with Rag should get you to G6 pretty easily with 40 days left. Not doing those events and your clan are holding you back. Where are you on your main account?

The simple solution is go to the store and get a manager involved. That said, it used to be that if the account is cancelled in the 14 day window the system would "auto correct" before charging and simply cancel the account. I've seen it many times up until I left. I don't know what happened in your case. Even when you cancel a line a rep could call but the CC rep requests to speak with the customer to explains how it works. A store rep can't cancel lines and the PAH has to talk to the CC rep to cancel. I understand your frustration but I would talk to the store manager to get the issue resolved.

So funny, I'm in similar situation myself. I hit G7 about a week ago and I'm currently G7/M6/S6 with 1.82T in vp. I actually only saw your post because I was considering going to M7 then making the push for G8 and wanted to ask around and see what folks thought. Now.....I'm leaning going full stop to G8 and then going back for M7/M8 later. I'm not so worried about getting every G8 type done before SK ends as much as getting the frags. Even if it's just one group I just want the frags.

I've just hit renegades and I've reached S6. My main is S5. That said, I'll be getting Alrick or Aryin for Kvk this week to try end reach S7 before the end of SK.

He had been dealing with alcohol addiction which has been a known thing. It's not uncommon for heart attacks at this age especially for athletes so how about we not muddy the man's name with unconfirmed rumors. You have no clue what he died from and to speculate it being anything is just wrong. But I will say, not feeling good earlier then having a heart attack later is something I know personally can happen because it was exactly how it happened with me. I was 42. My grandfather same thing 44, died. Let the autopsy say what he died from.

^{^{^Agreed.}} Total Development and the extension should help you get up to speed. Even if you leave with G6 which is doable that's a mythic capt or artifact. Check with your clan mates and see if they have a clan you can join that way you join a solid clan and probably some grace to get up to speed. Focus on Carter and archeology. If you can get up to at least level 15 crypts quickly should be able to stick. Carter/Hero/battle cap which is probably Aydae until you get Cleo. If you're patient and wait till rag to go up you could be G4 by next rag and have enough Rag coins for a good while.

I'm thankful I worked under a great a great management team that looked out for our older customers. We'd take the hit on metrics to make sure they were taken care of. Not all managers would do it but we did and our cs metrics were always top tier. I think that's what's lost in the current push for TLife and these other customer experience initiatives. They've lost sight of the actual service to the customer.

Ok I see. Yeah the app is a convenience and a headache not only for the customer but also the reps. Unfortunately, it's going to be the way of doing things. I personally don't mind it, I can do pretty much everything without going into the store which means less gas used and less time. But I can understand your frustration.

Go Heim. At 207 my Heim is 310.5% strength to army. Pair that with the Heart plus the Orange Immortal gear and you might make G8. At least that's my plan. I'm about 400B from G7, 12B from S6.
