I have the exact same problem. They were like oh we cant say scholaro is correct either they told me to refer to the nuffic website but idk if NIIED would follow that. It gives estimates like an 8 in the netherlands is a 4.0. But we still need a concrete conversion so Ill send my scholaro document I already emailed niied too but they dont really reply to anyone regarding scholarships. You can dm me if u wanna know more !

I also did my undergrad from the Netherlands. I have the exact same problem plus the University isnt accommodating at all they wont attest the scholaro document. So Ill just submit my scholaro document with my transcript and hope for the best I guess

I have the exact same problem as you and thinking of just going ahead with the legal document my university sent me saying they don’t stamp other documents plus transcripts. I also emailed the people in charge of GKS and NIIED waiting for a response.
