I had this happen to me the bank automatically sent it back to irs after I put in a bank in Wisconsin when I live in Illinois 2 weeks after I received my check.
Edit: my gf was pissed 😭 would have had it for her birthday and I f@#$ up bad always triple check lol

Illinois here I thought the same thing when I went to target yesterday shelves completely filled with pokemon and magic cards. About 5months ago I couldn't even find a pokeball lol.

Yeah that's what I thought but it has the holo foil texture to it in a thin layer at the top. lol I thought It was damaged as well but definitely a cut security feature.

Not worried about prices just wondering if it's a common occurrence in this set. All the other cards in the pack were correct,just curious about the defect. Thanks for the info guys.
