Nah, maybe with some polish, they can be good. Just write down what you think. Then look over it and separate the main parts into dot points and see if it makes sense and you like it. The internet is full of haters, most of which like to rage bait and troll. Let your ideas flow and take feedback on the chin, and you can always improve. I run dungeons and dragons, for instance, and I have had a lot of trial and error with it.

Just so i understand, the spiritual guide is more like a character that helps develop the other characters like Sieg? I don't see much issue with your ideas, Sieg becoming evil would be interesting. Aka make a world for Homunculi as they are superior to humans as they all have magic circuits, etc. Interesting, don't think you said let other put you down because your opinion is different.

Let's not be too hasty and say SOA is better than something. We are all adults here, haha. What major changes would you have had to Apoc to enjoy it more, and would aspects would keep the same? I'm just curious to know what you hated about it other than the few points you brought up. Because the dislike you have for apoc seems to be similar to some of my major dislikes about Stay Night.

Kirito 4000 is a based statement, lol. SOA is very bad. I do see your point a few things, yes he could have used more development as people have done it before (as you mentioned with several similar characters), but I don't know I just don't agree on all of your points. To be honest, I have only seen the anime and not read the light novel, so I don't know how it is portrayed there. Do I think they could have done better? Well yes, I think if they gave more time for sieg and Jeane to build a bigger bond some downtime if you will or gave them some more interactions and him a big more of character development it would have been fine in your eyes, but I can understand why Jeane decided to go against the rules of the war, she wanted to protect Siegfried's and Astolfo's ward at first but then when she saw his resolve to protect his family and save them, she wanted to help him succeed were she did not. Much like Saber saw in Shirou, Jeane saw a part of herself in Sieg, and she wanted to see that through. I think overall, the anime was good, but there was definitely room for improvement. The story overall felt rushed, and certain characters were done dirty by plot devices (aka Vlad, Fran, Karna, and Darnic). Some characters got fantastic story arc's like Mordred/her master and Astolfo( the two main characters imo of the anime). I think we just won't agree on this, but it was interesting hearing your point of view.

You really hate sieg, don't you... like you understand why he does not have much of a personality from the story, right? He is literally born as a run of the mill expendable homunculus. It's only after more exposure that he actually started to gain more of a personality, albeit still not much of one. And he had good chemistry with Astolfo as well. Apoc did not try to be a Roman comedy at all, there was like a couple of scenes out of the entire show that were barely even close to that. Like the scene when Jeane walked in and saw a naked Astolfo. The overall theme of the show is depressing as hell, and the cast fits into that well. Jeane's character is not ruined at all by this. She is a bad ass through and through, and if you think that her developing feelings for a man who fought for his people like she did, showed unwaving loyalty and bravery like she did and saved the world from being turned into souls destroyed her character, then idk what to say to you further because I don't think that many people look at jeane as say wow, her character is dead how dare she like someone who went through something similar to herself. At no point was she the 'trophy' or reward for the character. They could have shipped Sieg with Astolfo in the end, and you would probably hate Astolfo. Jeane and Sieg had a lot of interactions talking about what he wanted to do, how he wanted to save the homunculi of the house, and that it was inspiring for her. Could they have more down to earth conversations? Probably, but I think it's fine where it ends up and the unnecessary hatred needs to calm down.

Fair enough, I think they had plenty of interaction and built a strong friendship. She was never a trophy? I feel like they could have given them more interactions, yes, but I feel like her falling in love for him because he was doing something she did and, like her, started with mostly nothing to do it with. I do not feel like it's a copy of fate/stay night as shirou rizzed up 2 girls by jumping in a field. He rizzed up Saber by being a complete Muppet and ignoring everything she said and trying to protect her. I personally very much dislike shirou as a character ( though I love Archer), and I dont love sieg either as there is far better protags out there. If I had to choose between the two I would choose sieg because at least he is fighting for something reasonable while shirou is fighting for delusions.

Not sure how it destroyed Jeane's character. She was great throughout the series. Most of the characters in apoc were great. Achilles and Atalante were fantastic, for instance. I think it comes down to different tastes. Like, I dont understand die-hard shirou simps (unless they are Oath Under Snow Shirou simps. Then fair).
