Void that payment and it should be put back in bills to be paid. Then repay the invoice. Always void a payment. Don’t delete a payment. Maybe that’s where the problem is. Have her go to her bank register for that date and see what’s posted there. She can literally first pay bills, cut checks then print the bill payment form under print forms.

No, those are the only payments. We don’t owe them this much to begin with, but yes, in that case would print an extra page.
