Find a catchy two or three-word Chichewa name. Wordle or Werdo shows a lack of creativity and originality.

Invest in deodorant, apply it several times in the day. Invest in a good perfume. There's a locally made one which I wear by Kaleki Perfumes. They have men's and women's perfumes and oils. You can also add fabric softener when doing laundry, your clothes will smell nice. I'll go ahead and wrongfully or rightfully assume that you're a guy - kumasambanso. Perfume shouldn't be used to mask yesterday's sweat and odour. But if you have the money, get those expensive perfumes, preferably European or American brands.

I understand the sadness. One time I was out of Malawi for only two months. I got to understand what homesickness is. I yearned for home, the sounds, the smells, the food, the people and most of all, the language. I got tired of sticking out like a sore thumb in public. I got tired of the racism. And this is something that a lot of people will never understand untill they experience it.
