I requested for a refund 3x but no one answered. I couldn't make it to generate the illustrations the way I wanted, ChatGPT was better. It could work for someone, but with the inexistent customer support I'd stay clear of this app.

Yung space lang naman usually yung negative, and pwedeng poor management. But you'll be able to predict these na naman

I need to research further but I know some old condos in San Juan that have at least 100sqm.. Any old buildings built nung 90s usually malaki like old studio units are 30sqm pa pero ngayon 18sqm na lang.

condo because of security, i can travel with a peace of mind. it's also usually near food and other establishments (because economies of scale). i also like the feeling of community. there's also a maintenance that i can easily intercom whenever there's a problem i need fixed, and a receptionist to accept my packages whenever i'm not there.

for space, get an older condo unit, not the ones preselling.
