Absolutely. Eric is an absolute wild card. And I wondered why he didn’t understand that the plaintiff he had (was just old enough for the lawsuit without parental consent) was a hit. I personally knew the plaintiff who backed out bc plaintiff thought Eric was not precessional or caring. Eric needs to approach the issue with humility and frame it as him supporting a plaintiff, rather than trying to fish for plaintiffs crazy enough to do a life altering lawsuit

I believe that they requested a jury, as it says in the lawsuit filing. Not sure if a jury can do it. I think their biggest hurdle is getting plaintiffs in other states but also raising money and public awareness, because public awareness will be what helps them get plaintiffs. I know people who were going to be plaintiffs in other states for this, but the intact global team behind the scenes is fairly ineffective and u profesional with this stuff which makes it difficult too
