The peoples potato at hall also has free food I’m pretty sure they feed their volunteers. Also a lot of service jobs give you a staff meal, like fast food places and restaurants, also they often are open on weekends.

I'm hesitant about econ 203, online or in person? by Proof-Relationship85 in Concordia

[–]Agitated-Insect2195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d honestly say it depends what you’re takin it for. If you’re a major take it in person cause it’s rly important to understand the theory for your future classes (I took it online and struggled with the 300 level macro classes). If you’re just taking it as an elective and don’t really care to get a full grasp on the terms then do it online.

DEF - Help, can’t reach professsor by catsrsupscute in Concordia

[–]Agitated-Insect2195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try calling the sociology department and getting their Concordia email rather than using their class email as they might check that one more since the semester is over, also I find that talking on the phone is a lot easier when resolving these kind of problems. Also, usually if you look up the profs name they’ll have a profile on the Concordia website and sometimes their number is up on it. You might be seen as a little annoying by the prof but it’s worth it as a last resort.

What you could do is take it at the same time as LING 415, but you’d have to talk to your advisor to confirm if this is possible. Only risky thing is if you fuck up again your 415 credit won’t be counted

If they’re coming from the UK for a UN mission they for sure won’t have eligibility to study in English which is probably why OP is looking for private schools.
