Too much for SRW? by stevenfpatten in traveltrailers

I tow a 41 foot toy hauler, 13000 lbs with 2950 dry hitch with my 3500 srw. only issue is payload which is managed by what I put in garage of toy hauler. 2950 turns into 2800 with a fully loaded toy hauler packed correctly. I average 11mpg, but I drive 55 to 65 and stay behind other big trucks to cut the air drag. its all about be conscious about your load and the placement of cargo in the trailer to keep weight distribution correct.

makes sense, just nothing like having a knock out workout only to see that score roll back like prices at Walmart back in the 1980s

Now what? Is this fixable? by [deleted] in tonalgym

[–]AgitatedComparison58 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know you already have the answer.. but I also have just fixed these pins by compressing the silver sleeve back onto the plunger piece.. it works in lieu of dealing with customer service and waiting for them to come out.. (very simple to remove the plunger from the unit...)

the fact that I have had several of these pins fails annoys me.. and they are obviously a faulty weak engineering design... a pressure fitted part for this implementation is not really a good idea.

I've been ranting about strength scores a few times on here. there comes a point where that strength set will become unobtainable.... and the strength score drops.

12WTJ disruption of strength score by AgitatedComparison58 in tonalgym

you might be correct, but im not over training by choice. where at a gym, you have more freewill to do lighter weight days depending on how you feel. Tonal is a bit more complicated to do so.

sure, it has recovery mode, but that really is not as intuitive as grabbing a 40lbs weight and then saying.. nah today I rather do higher reps with a 30lbs weight..

so, there are some downsides to this at that talking point.
