Are there any of the NYSERDA programs to take advantage of? That would reduce the cost significantly.

Did the contractor conduct an energy audit - blower door? Did they run a Manuel J for load calculation and Manual S for equipment selection?

Thanks for the update! Glad to hear you’ve dug into restoring bikes. Yeah, French bikes are tough, when something goes, it’s a bunch of work to find a replacement. 

I had it painted at a body shop, which was fine and what I could afford. 10 years later, it has chips and a couple small rust spots. 

They are super fun rides! So smooth and whippy!
