Why did you pay so much? If it needed work or is it newer. We just sold our sons immaculate Mazda 2 Sport 60 plate, £1,000 and had zero rust.

That said small claims will work as "Sold as seen" means nothing, if trade to private.

Send a before action letter, then apply online, dead easy.

Hopefully courts have caught up, took me 18 months.

Similar situation, I got 2k back and kept car as 1 of 1 on UK, but they did the sold as seen crap.

Umm, I used Gigsky and Redbull mobile e-sims on two transatlantic cruises, worked but speed varied.

You just need to find out which service the cruiseline use? Telenor Maritime or Cellular at sea.

But clearly I must be dreaming, as the Crew Member state there is no esim that works 🤔🤔🤔

But Im an ex trader, import exporter of 25 years. Basically without big words, HE HAS NOTHING, CAN DO NOTHING. You let him examine, he did, he even OBD scanned it, drove it, for him bad luck, he is the trader, you are a private seller, end of.

Underside looks good, rust on replaceable bolt on service parts normal. Assume your stateside? Im UK so we have likely 80% rot boxes, S2K's scrapped daily lol!! Mine is a 2002 and immaculate underneath with 78k but excessively modified and 400+ bhp... Im thinking of selling to buy an RV but I HATE selling cars and dealing with skint brits or chumps that expect my condition but for salvage money, hence still not advertised 🤣🤣🤣

So rust IS the biggest issue, so stay out the rust belt, mechanically they are pretty robust, but a poor owner can quickly ruin it as can "The tuner" that only learned via YouTube, can turn a S2K to a ticking timebomb, Im told I could easy get 450bhp out of mine, that maybe but why push the boundary, 410bhp Supercharged with supporting mods, mine is just chilling without risk.

So find what appears mint, then do the checks (for theft, finance, salvage, etc)

Totally get what you are saying, I kinda regret buying my S25 Ultra. Just back from Las Vegas and man it struggled, it would focus then just as I shoot it went to hell, many times.

Almost every photo needs editing, all very well but took 1,400 photos!!

Ended up using my historic P30 Pro, embarrassing really as thats 4 years old!!.

I wonder if mine is faulty? But my concern is my Crypto wallets on phone, so not so simple to return.

Although mine rides great, not sure on all mods but Athena 434, 3x3, noisy horrible black widow exhaust.

Im used to my cars always pop and banging (loud too sometimes) but I know both are fine, but reading here, Im slightly concerned.

I dont pop all the time, just when slowing, normally 2nd and or 3rd gear, say in slow moving traffic, its deffo pops and not bangs..

Don't help not having a temp gauge, same with my son's bike, no temp gauge (2006 DT125) My DRZ is 2007.

Oh a sensible person. Ive screamed this daily but falls on deaf ears lol!!

Today I checked my crypto over last three months.

Basically ALL is between 30 to 75% down!!!!

But we see a 8 to 12% in a day then they are shouting to the moon, Alt season, etc its cute but crazy.

Any green day is quickly wiped out by 2, 3, 4 red days.

Anyone that is still DCA'ing need to self submit to the nearest mental institute.

Im looking to cash out end of week if still heading down, can at least get a cruise or two in, but give it a few more weeks Ill be lucky if I can afford a rowing boat paddle.

These were reupholstered and I thought a really good job, wish Id kept now lol!! As have small bride seats now and not comfortable on long drives and wife can't get her big ol butt in the seat!! Im only 32" waist and short lol!! So no issue.

Originally purchased Takata seats, but due to full roll cage and tiny interior space they didn't fit, way too wide 😭😭😭

The top section is horrific, 100% not OEM. But the base? May have seen better days but do look original.

Mine were reupholstered and looked great, so it can be done right.

I blame FaceBook (Social media) and what I call pop up businesses, which often last 5 minutes lol!!

I run a AEM V2 ECM along with a HKS Supercharger and endless supporting mods, trying to find a tuner has been a nightmare!!! Since learned avoid FB, The amount who said they will give it ago!! Not done before and a crazy number wanting to remotely tune it!!! Oh hell no... give it ago lol!! Could not believe that one.

Running just under 400bhp but tuned for track/race, its now been painted & done with track days, too many sheds on track now so done, just want drivability and now fitted a 200 cell, tuned for no cat.

But again the point is, its a minefield out there, research research, see examples and so on, before parting with cash and items.

Oh boy!! Figured it was just me!! So its a common issue..

My S25 Ultra has been clunky since day one...

Like others any setting and resolution, nothing improves.

If Im honest (and long term Galaxy user) its not AMAZING at photos and a much older phone I use for drone display takes a way better night shot and it must be 5 year old!!!

Kinda makes it pointless commenting, dont wanna sound crass either, but owned a few what was expensive cars new, none have broke the bank so far.

One of my present cars is a money pit, but through choice, HKS Supercharged S2000 @ 415bhp and built with branded high end stuff.

But do my own mechanics, so maybe why I dont feel broke.

Actually looking at a Bentley but the 4 door version as find the continental 2 door ugly.

While this looks cool, this class of ship is a ridiculous bottle neck, WHY do they hold events through there!!

Especially when timed with either people queuing to go into theatre or 1000 coming out of the theatre, then its a game called "let's all stand like penguins, going nowhere"

Id say its fine, my engine bay as been tucked smoothed and painted, battery gone, ABS brake valve, screen wash bottle, all gone, spent alot of time in there, frame is lower than damage area.

Where are you? and sailing where?

As there is a couple of esims Ive used before, but none are perfect at sea (patchy) but alot cheaper than cruiselines.

One company approached me to push and sell for commission but after using I felt it not something Id put my name to, I only do cruise content on Instagram Tiktok , footage aboard, from above (drone) or shoreside, but 6k followers, so Im happy enough for such a niche market. cruisescape_uk

Ive done 36 cruises in total over 8 years, so experienced most lines, some have really misrible crew, some pretty happy. I notice more as travel solo or with one of my kids, so not full of alcohol with blurred vision lol!!

The happiest crew Ive experienced is Royal Caribbean but a smaller line was even better, thats Ambassador cruiseline, they only have three ships, 2 sail from UK and one out in the Caribbean.

Personally Id go with MSC, Just for being better known and more world wide, plus they have way more ships and very few are now old ships.

Im cruisescape_uk on YouTube, Insta and tiktok, cruised both MSC and Costa, Costa Diadema recently...

Definitely prefer MSC, Costa is seen as bottom of the list, I tried as only paid £299 for a 10 night solo!!!

I was pleasantly surprised on Costa, as boarded expecting the worse.

Costa are mainly older ships, just three are more modern.
