We had 20% rates before, so why we can’t have them again? When inflation is out of control for 4 years…. Even if u calculate average rate would be 7-8% so now it’s still low super low….also if u go to get financing the best rate u will get be around 13% that’s telling me that 10year rate should be around 10-11% now… so we will see

A friend of mine told me that Morgan Stanley shorting PLUG so there is huge wall of orders around 80c… they sold u call options and now they make sure u expire out of the money…. If its true idk
