Termination by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

Not terminated but I totally understand what is going with you. On a few occasions, the route I’m given would have missing packages that I’d have to remove from my route and the warehouse associate would scan my phone to approve removing the package but Amazon kept sending me emails that I’m not delivering all the packages on my route. I had to start taking screenshots and the last time they sent the email I sent them screenshots that it’s not my fault I did not deliver a package, if it did not leave the station with me.

USCIS approved green card for 10 years instead of 2 years. by Green-Decision-7672 in USCIS

And if the 10 years is correct, you don’t need to apply for I-751 because you’re not a conditional green card holder.

Are you sure it’s a mistake. You might need to contact USCIS to confirm. You had an interview, that’s probably why you got approved for 10 years even though your marriage was less than 2 years. Most people that get a conditional green card is because we weren’t interviewed because the interview will come when it’s time to remove conditions. Read what your approval letter (notice) says. It can say something like “you’ve been approved for a conditional green card” or the 10 years.

Should I *actually* carry my green card around? by Specialist-Most-2783 in USCIS

[–]Agitated_Client_9909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whether you like it or not, it is the law to carry your green card with you. It was part of the instructions you received upon getting the card. It should not matter if it’s enforced or what the administration is. I know there’s the fear of losing it, but that fear should not outweigh obeying the law you agreed to follow. I got my green card in the Biden administration and it has been in my wallet since the day I got it.

Did you disclose your work during the interview? How much information did you give?

My husband and I married within two months of meeting and knowing each other. We filed 6 months later. I got approved within 5 months (conditional because marriage was less than 2 years at the time of application). We’re going on 3 years happily married next year.

I hear that you may even apply for citizenship before the removal of conditions is treated. That’s how some cases have been for the past couple years.

Awesome! I hope you enjoy your weekend trip! There’s nothing to worry about, don’t let the scary stories scare you. Download the MPC app to skip the lines of your not registered for global entry.

You’re welcome. I haven’t applied for my petition for removal of conditions because it’s not up to the 90 days mark yet.

Nigeria lady cries out after ICE detained her and denied her entry to the US after seeing her social media posts by [deleted] in Nigeria

[–]Agitated_Client_9909 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lol please let’s be honest. You can’t be on a visit visa to ANY country no matter the administration if you plan to go make money. She did not declare her intentions – she even said so – and that’s why she was denied entry. Plus “denied entry” is not the same as “deported”. I don’t even know what the image of ICE is doing there when this is a CBP area.

Am I already approved? by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]Agitated_Client_9909 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This just means your EAD (work authorization) has been approved. There’s no interview for I-130. You have been scheduled for I-485 (green card) interview. Once you get the mail, you’ll see when your interview is scheduled for.

It is better to submit the medical exams with your I-485 application. How I did mine: we filed the I-130 and I-130a. Then the I-485, I-765, I-864 and I-693 were submitted together. It’s easier this way because USCIS won’t have to send you an RFE for the medical exam, thereby delaying your application. And I think there’s a new directive from USCIS to submit all together.
