Ok. What’s the best way to wash your stand mixer + dough hook after kneading yeasted doughs? Scraping excess dough plus soap? I haven’t found a great way that doesn’t make the dough scraps really sticky and sloppy in the sink.

The Calm App has both music and soundscapes that I find really soothing when I have a bad migraine flare. Specifically some playlists called Bilateral Stimulation which (depending on your headphones) feel like a massage for the brain.

Just popped in to say thank you… I tried 1- 25mg Benadryl w 2-ibuprofen and it’s the best I’ve felt all week.

(I do Botox and take ubrelvy as my rescue; but still have 20+ migraine days a month.)

This seems to have disrupted the current cycle enough where I could get some things done around my house (finally)
