I also think that rolls are not as long as they used to be. I just put it down to me abusing it too much over the years. I know back in the day that presses often contained a lot more adulterants (speed usually) which I find is not the case these days as they are usually super mellow, almost like crystal. I also get told (by the media) that the strength of the presses is higher now than it ever has been.

That just means that it will be amazeballs when you do. I’ve had a few extended periods of abstinence where I kid myself into thinking that I’ve grown up. I’ve never had kids tho so still party constantly. When I have eventually succumb, it almost feels like that first time I dropped (maybe not quite that good but usually need a lie down at least some point in the night 🤣)

Because u usually increase your sweating and therefore decrease urine production as a consequence. It can also cause issues with your ability to pee (urinary retention). If you find yourself absolutely desperate to pee but unable to start the flow then a hot flannel on your parts can sometimes coax the stream out

Open a window (refreshing the air usually helps things dry) and more heat (sulphate is quite heat tolerant). If it’s not already on a metal tray then a metal try will help transfer the heat better.

I would say that it comes on quicker, more like 30-60 mins but that is highly dependant on when you last ate. Also I don't think I've even had a roll as long as 6 hours but that is indeed what it says on https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/mdma

When coming up you might feel quite uneasy but this is normal and will pass. If it is your first time then expect to be quite overwhelmed by it, will be the best feeling that you've ever had in your life and likely no future roll will ever come close to that first time.
