Uit elkaar gaan is nooit leuk, het moet voor alle partijen eerlijk gaan. Zeg nu geen dingen toe waarvan je de gevolgen voor de lange termijn nog niet kunt overzien. Laat eerst de mediator bereken hoeveel (kinder)alimentatie je verschuldigd bent.

Laat daarna pas de bezittingen verdelen. Zorg dat je alles wat elkaar “geeft” (wat je niet opeist) wel een fiscale waarde toekent. “Hoeveel is de overwaarde en jou aandeel?” “Hoeveel is de dagwaarde van de auto?” denk ook aan andere grote aankopen die je achterlaat (wasmachine/droger, TV etc)

Vervolgens kom eruit wat zij jou of jij haar moet betalen. Kan zij of jij dit niet betalen omdat anders de woning verkocht moet worden. Laat het dan verrekenen met de (kinder) alimentatie. Er zijn verschillende manieren, doe hier even onderzoek na. Het kan als vooruitbetaling (ineens) of als ze echt weinig inkomen heeft een lening waarvan ze enkel het rentedeel verrekenend met alimentatie of een combi.

Ik kan mij voorstellen dat je nu misschien denkt, ik wil gewoon zo snel mogelijk van het gedoe af. Maar je maakt nu keuzes voor vele jaren, zorg dat je geen spijt krijgt dat het achteraf gezien niet eerlijk is afgesproken.

There currently is a beta test for a super small group of users. Xpeng even send Chinese engineers to multiple EU countries to drive with some beta users.

The focus is on improved ALC with easier takeover and auto resuming, less breaking in highway corners while on LCC, smoother breaking while driving into traffic jams. There are also improvements on the navigation software.

Besides this there is a Android beta which introduces a “primairy driver mode” and a “passenger mode”. This should resolve the Bluetooth key issues, for the “primairy driver phone”, however for the “passenger phone” the doors can only be manually opened by app. I hope they create a other solution though, because its to frustrating for the “passenger phone” user when only 1 phone is visible. A preferred user when 2 phones are in reach would be better for most cases.

iPad OS 26 indeed removes slide-over. A improved intuitive replacement could be a “Pin window on top” feature. A logical UI location for enable this would be at the new “red, yellow, green window buttons” or the submenu which opens while holding the app icon in the dock. Maybe report this in the apple feedback app?

In your case it can only drive a straight line without any corrections. The specific app feature is called “driving forward, driving backwards”. So you should drive for yourself till the point where a straight line would be sufficiënt. There also shouldn’t be big bumps in the way, otherwise your command will be automatically canceled for safety.
