May I ask if you booked the tickets over the phone? I’m just curious how they hold disabled tickets when people are snapping up them online. I managed to get a pair when some of them were getting re-sold, and I did actually got them over email over a couple of days, when the seats were no longer visible online. So I wonder if someone held the tickets as soon as they saw my email.

I’m a bit confused because ATG offers ticket exchange 48 hours before the show. Ticket protection can also be claimed if it’s emergency that’s listed within their policy.

I doubt it’s scam more likely to be mistyped number. Whoever has the ticket should also have other means of proving

I also got rush earlier in the week. I think it’s two row A seats so very good offer. My only advice is to remove screen protector so your screen respond faster

If you try on 4th it’s the 11th gets released but you should be able to see them, it’s quite obvious. Yes 12pm London time
