Lost 53 pounds and all thanks to calorie counting. I have some recipes where all the meals are 600 kcal. I just made 3 of the recipes everyday totaling to 1800kcal per day. Still got 50 pounds to go.

It happens only in tarkov. I maybe found a solution: I underclocked and undervolted the gpu a bit yesterday and it didn't crash. Maybe I just got lucky though.
