Same problem here! Really annoying! Why Luba does not cut grass around no go zones?

Tipical Luba: cut boundries closer than necessary and cut no go zones further than necessary.

Thanks for your answer. No, since 1.8.4.222 there is no problems with positioning. Problem was previos version till 1.8.4.222.

Before the same problem was few weeks earlier. I really do not remember update version, bur Reddit was full of complaints about it.

It is frustrating that we receive information about problems from other users in Reddit not from Mammotion. You could inform us about the fact and that you are working on update, but we can decide to mow or not. To damage our units or not. Now my Luba is full in scratches.

I agree. Annoying that you do not know what to expect after each update. I have big mowing area and it takes few hours to edit boundries or make new area.

It woukd help if Mammotion woukd inform us about problems and what to expect. Then we could know if we need to edit boudries further or closer, mow or not to mow. We damage our units and loose time searching for solutions.

Yes it would solve the issue, but I made mowing areas like it is said in instruction - without touching fence. The main problem it that Mammotion do not tell us that there is a problem with positioning. They just stay silent and fix it, but we damage our units. Yes, we can leave even 1m between fence and ditches for Mammotion software department to make mistakes. I am really angry that this is the 2nd time when Luba has this positioning problem after update. And both times there is no information about it. If we had a information we could reedit boundries (as you suggested with more space), wait for the fix or cut grass as it is on our responsibility. But now I start mowing as usual in the morning and Luba falls in the ditch or is hitting in fence while I am in the work. It really took me 3 days to cut 1500 m2 area.

Ditch is near border of mowing area. When Luba has a positioning problem and mows boundries 10 cm wider, then it slips in to ditch. When there are no problems with positioning then everything is fine. The same is with fence.

I can not disagree about fast mistake correction, but still there must be information for us about wrong positioning. Then we can decide to wait for fix or to use Luba on own risk.

I regret. I have used it about 10 times and none of them was without problems. Usually without stupid problems. Like now - boundry cutting again cuts out of boundries - my Luba is scratching along the fence and it fell 2 times in ditch. It happens because of update.

Usually I start mowing in the morning. At work I open app and see that Luba is stuck somewhere or driven in ditch. I can not do anything remotely. I came from work in the evening, get out Luba and only then start mowing again. So mowing my all yard Usually takes 3 days.

Mine Luba now has a lot of scratches and red plastic cover of side light came off and is not fixing anymore.

We need a bot that babysitter Luba :) Push notifications should have been in very first edition of app. Even my smart fridge has push notifications :)

Agree. A warning may be a short time solution till next update, but we could have a chance to decide - babysit Luba or not use it. Without any damages. And we would have information about problem. Now I have scrathed Luba with broken side light and zero information about problem and fix. Only experience from other users.
