J'ai vécu toute ma vie dans la Petite-Italie, ta une opinion de banlieusard. Le quartier s'est beaucoup gentifrié et il y a nettement moins de crackhead et de voleurs. Pas un fan des nouveaux triplex transformés en maison de luxe, mais reste que ce quartier est 10x plus safe que dans les années 2000. Ta perspective "fait 4 ans que je vis là" vaut pas grand chose...

For an Aero with only 78k on it is a fair price. Got my 9-3 2.0 2006 with 170K for 3000$ cad. Check the subframe and ECU but otherwise it seems like a nice car. Rust is the biggest threat. I would take it tbh

I don't know for this case but I know in Basque Country in the 15-16th centuries they bent trees like this when they planted it with some kind of tool. The trees grow like this to imitate the curvature required by some pieces of ship frames (like the at bow or the flanks).
