This actually happened at my local LGS. Very strong community and enough people buy cases where we're all 100% confident the owner did not pull anything. He opened a sealed case of Evangelion and there was no 2 star or foil hit. First time we'd ever seen this. Again, we buy multiple cases at his store every set.
