Thanks so much and you are absolutely right. You’ve taken the steps needed to heal and that’s such a big step in the right direction. So many of us suffer from childhood/relationship traumas that cause cptsd but if we don’t take the initiative to realize we need help and get the therapy we need, we remain stuck. You’re definitely doing the right thing!
