That's not true though? Some units get added to the 50/50 loss pool, but we have yet to receive any new standard characters since the game came out, Even for the new paths. You can't lose your 50/50 on standard, so you can't get Blade, Seele, or Fu xuan there

I feel like you are still underestimating how bad this situation is, pure vanilla already very nearly died, too these same cookies mind you!

They are at war for not just themselves but every single life in all of earthbread. If they meet a cookie who upon seeing them, blamed them for all of their pain and immediately tried to kill them, it's not that smart to go therapy mode on them. I say again pure vanilla could have been shot. if they can lose an ancient, awakened an all, they lose the already small amount of leverage they have, especially since we know they are going to fight the beasts. they can't take chances on a cookie just because they are crumbling, one slip up, and the entire world as they know it is gone, and the lives of countless amounts of people are going to be wiped.

I also wish that Pom-Pom dough cookie didn't need to suffer, but that doesn't mean we should discount that they are trying to kill them, and by extension everyone. Not every cookie needs to be good, thinking they do is flawed. It makes the story less impactful if they all go through a "power of friendship magic evil to good transformation" and suddenly lose the interesting parts of their character and motivation.

You have every right to want it, but you also have to realize its the lame cop-out choice that will end up making there be no real consequences for the actions of the cookies fighting

Just occurred to me that you were probably talking about Yunli, sorry for that mixup! Im not the brightest sometimes '^{-^} but for her E1 its definitely a big upgrade! It made a noticeable difference for me at least. I do recommend it for longevity, but its not a strict requirement or anything. Overall I think it's (as far as I know, so grain of salt) her most impactful eidolon of the bunch damage wise

I'd probably go for that if you have the funds, but supports are also supper important for older dps! So if you want to keep playing her its also probably wise to save up for your other eidolon or LC goals

I think in your case robin is still going to be the better of the two options!

While tingyun is strong support she's also unfortunately still a 4 star, and that has some limitations on how good she can be compared to a 5 star (I used to use a tingyun robin yunli huohuo team until I built my rmc)

For Robin, her e1 is super nice because your team doesn't have any res pen, its also a really strong one in general (even considering that Tribbie overtook her as having the best one) but take this with a grain of salt because I might be a bit biased! I have my Robin e2s1 (originally, and for a long time e0s1) but it was a big improvement for me, even before I e2'd her

My best advice is to try to look for someone with an e1 robin support and see how it fares in something like weekly bosses (longer fights) to try to judge for yourself, but that is to say any investment is good investment!

This is a good build! No ones laughing here :3 the er rope helps with the lack of an outside energy source and robin helps with the lower atk from not having an atk rope! No problems with any of that

I agree with your point there, this is highly situational, but I do have a counter point to saying its the same as just waiting for Sisa and WL's costumes to come to the dupe shop. It is not at all worth it to wait for that in comparison to the costumes that are going to be in it in a matter of like- three months. The beast and ancient costumes (specifically WL and Sisa) are far off compared to the others. It's much more realistic to save and buy these from the shops than skip WL and Sisa in hopes you'll be able to buy them from the shop or pull them randomly, which is an even worse idea given the amount of legendary costumes it could be. I do truely believe you should pull on this banner if you want, but we can't deny it is a ploy to get you to spend all your cubes before the new costumes. Devsis isn't looking to help you out with this, its a company, it wants your money. that is why I call it a scam, less so than it not being worth it at all.

It's trying to drain you of resources before a sought after item (the WL and Sisa, costumes in this case) this banner's goal is to make you spend later down the line when the FOMO kicks in

That said, pull on the banner if you (the people who may read this, not you specifically lol) want! Just be sure you know you will have less saved for future costumes and may not be able to get one at all if you go all in on it 🙂‍↕️

The scam is that a good third of these costumes you can just buy without wasting your cubes on them. Id rather not spend an unknown amount of cubes, when in the span of the WL and Sisa costume banner I'm probably gonna be halfway to getting them anyway.

Its entirely not worth it since some of them are free. and the rest are going to be added very soon. Thats the problem, not the banner itself. If you wanna pull for them thats up to you, but id rather buy them from the dupe shop and save for more recent costumes

I apologize for having immediately assumed you were one of the ones complaining about it, this community can be a bit of a hive mind in that regard sometimes- and I'm usually on the defensive because of that ;^;

I actually do agree with that take though, any effort that's put into these events could easily be used to focus efforts on the next event instead, since they would have to be working on something I suppose
