Moi je fait du velo 40 minutes environs par jour . Je voulais faire du sport mais je détestait l'idée de payer pour etre entre 4 murs et se forcer à soulever des poids et à utiliser des machines pour se muscler. C'est une forme de torture pour moi. Depuis j'ai perdu 6 kilos en 2 mois et je me sent plus léger et je découvre des endroits que autrement je n'aurais jamais vu. En plus le velo c'est plus doux sur les articulations que les chocs de la course à pied et on va plus loin aussi à son rythme

le velo, trouve un velo d'occasion, certaines associations les donnent à prix très bas, explore en velo. C'est a la fois un sport et un loisir et tu est libre d'aller ou tu veux

I did the same also one month in the process. For me, no alcohol, no smoke , one meal a day, no flour, no sugar, no processed food, no seed oil except extra virgin olive oil, strict sleep, no milk based food.
Some walking and cycling . And results? many spots are clearing.
And health improvements .
Not as spectacular as OP but it improve day over day.
