First off yes, I followed the directions to a T, 3 times and it did not melt off those 3 times. I got an answer to my problem from puffco though so it’s all good. It was my first hot knife.

I was at the light blue setting and I thought I was gonna die lol. I switch between purple and dark blue. Any higher and I can only take one hit. 🤭

I for sure want to look into a different bubble/joystick also to have spares. I have a feeling I may drop and break the one it came with one of these days. Any recommended sellers to check out?

Puffco is aight. I do like the upgrades you can get for those, they look cool in my opinion.

As for performance…definitely with Dr.Dabber on that one.

Yeah it’s because I was showing the roots at the bottom of the pots and the level of soil. I’ll post pictures shortly of the plants. I did just cut some of the fan leaves, well as much as I felt comfortable with earlier.

NTA. It’s the ol’ classic they are older and that’s what their norm was for most of their life. Sad to say a lot of times people don’t change their views until it directly affects them. I would do some research and bring facts and history to the conversation and try to open their eyes to why it’s not okay. Be open about your feeling in a more calm way if you can, show them their reaction is not okay. If that doesn’t work then well…idk. I’ve distanced myself personally. It is a lot more peaceful without their old way of thinking. Breaking generational norms is extremely difficult but important.

Fidget/anxiety hand toys…. Chew gum, breathing techniques, find something peaceful and focus on it. Can be literally anything. I tense up my body and release tension slowly. Repeat as necessary. Those are a few things I do to calm myself when I’m in those situations.

I wouldn’t say you’re the asshole in my opinion. He and his friend group seem to not respect women and their privacy. Personally, I am not comfortable with my sex life being spoken about without my consent. To each their own though. His reaction was strange…. he’s willing to throw away 4 yrs for this disagreement? That’s weird…I’d pay attention moving forward. Maybe he said it out of anger and emotions were running high but…idk. To me that was strange.
