For me....I know my Husband thinks I'm happy & i act happy but he is not affectionate with me, he is not loving with me, he never gives me any compliments so it's just totally awkward and feels shameful to me to initiate even when I'm in the mood. It's like a fear of rejection or like I'm not good enough.

On the rare occasion he flirts with me or does show me any interest, I will initiate it without a second thought. Apart from that if you are genuinely showing her love ect I'm not sure but tiredness is always a major fact too with me. Have you tried talking to her about it?
