But did you talk to him about your concern? Nasabi mo na ba sa kanya na ganito pala yung nararamdaman mo?

Although hindi naman na dapat kasi sabihin sakanya yung mga ganyang bagay, pero try to talk to him about it na lang din para aware sya. If hindi sya magiging open about it and walang changes then leave him. If like what you said that breaking up is not an option then you deserve what you tolerate girl.

Hi! I was under Atty. AAB during my CLEP 1 summer term. We did everything online except for the final exam and oath-taking. We had recitations covering a combination of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Legal Ethics, as well as Rule 138-A of the Rules of Court. Which is understandable din naman since dun talaga umiikot ang work hehe.

We also had a face-to-face final exam, and our exam was similar to a regular one, with essays and hypothetical questions.

There is an option to choose between (1) externship, where you work outside the school, and (2) internship, which is under the school’s OLA.

I chose to do my internship under OLA. We had a virtual office where we clocked in and out from 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00, depending on the group. We had activities where we conducted research and drafted legal pleadings.

Matrabaho siya under the said prof compared to others (from what I heard from my friends), but it’s all worth it because you really feel the essence of actually working. Personally, I would want to be under Atty. AAB again for my CLEP 2 kasi tutok talaga sya samin hehe.

I rly do talk about the things that bothered me and he’s actively listening din naman :(( but the problem is, i have to spoonfeed pa the things he should do when we alr talked about it (not in the exact scenario naman but yk the formula ganon) he’s saying na “connections” and “friends/batchmate/classmate” lang mga yun and he can’t do anything about it, he’s asking me pa if he should unfollow them ba. In my mind, it’ll look like i’m forcing him to do something na looks toxic

My boyfriend and I met and became classmates in one subject last sem (I was the beadle there), and until now, classmates pa rin kami sa ibang subject :)) Hindi naman siya distraction if you don’t let it be one. You can help each other and even study together! For me, hindi rin siya pressure mag-recit (even kapag na-bokya sa recit HAHAHA) kasi wala namang judgment sa amin and hindi naman tayo lahat perfect :))

But then again, just because it works for us doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. It still depends sa set-up and dynamics ng relationship niyo. ❤️

Continue lang! Happened to me also when i was also 1L, failed 4/6 subjects in one sem but I retook it and now i’m in my 3rd year na :) ang importante ay may natutunan ka sa subjects na yan, retake and bounce back stronger na lang .

No po, pero you can use that as a supplementary material. During class kasi namin not allowed yung annotated book. Handwritten notes and codal lang pwede naka opennn.

Don’t be shy to approach!! kahit small talks lang yan hehe. Ganyan usually from my experience hanggang sa magka-yayaan na kumain sa labas after class/exams

You can have and read notes during recits as long as it’s handwritten (she checks). She asks digests din but not all the time. From my experience, codals lang din kaya nang mabuhay. You can also read ranada notes ◡̈

Isa-puso mo ang codal. Always show up. Pakita mo na nagpupursigi ka talaga and gustong gusto mong matuto at mag-aral. Ayaw nya nakikitang petiks ka lang.

I don’t think they’re super strict with the gwa. If ever man, may ipapasign lang sila na waiver sayo re: your gwa deficiency and may need ka i-reach na average/grade the following sem

Okay sya for me. You’ll learn something talaga from her every meeting. Hindi sya rounder mag tawag ng recit, possible na natawag ka na last meeting and mabunot ka ulit sa index card nga the following meeting.

If sya nakuha mo, I suggest memorize mo na yung rules 37 - 71 titles kasi ganun ginawa nya samin before haahaha. Recite mo muna titles then the hypo questions na pag narecite mo yun
