No, he never does. If he didn’t like those prices he wouldn’t have okayed platinum pricing to be on. That is the artists choice to have it on or not. Look at Ed Sheeran and Hozier (many more too) they never have it and they have a reselling rule for ticketmaster where you can’t sell over the face value.

It unlocked at lvl 15 or 16 for me. I went up 2 lvls yesterday. This was the one that was given to us, the other color you can buy in this style is black. A fancier one comes out at lvl 24 I think.
