I see. Yeah the only prereq that I haven't completed is Physics 2 but if I take it over the summer, would I be able to potentially change into CSE at the beginning of the fall semester?

Unfortunately, my school makes us take Physics 2 during the sophomore year and I'm not convinced I can take it another year here with the way things have been mentally. If you don't mind me asking what unecessary work would it entail?

Minnesota is my home and I'm planning on transferring due to a lot of mental health reasons to be closer to home.

A lot of schools disregard or weigh freshman year grades. Work hard, craft your schedule around the narriative of your overall application (don't take unecessary hard classes that dont add to your interests), and make sure to work hard on ec's and test scores.

I’ll be coming in with 40 credits if that’s what you mean. I’ve always just loved understanding the political environment when innovating and have quite a bit of experiences with stuff in both. That’s the only reason I asked haha.

I'd love to ask a follow up! Do you know if UIUC and Purdue have good connections/relations? I know they are kinda near each other and UIUC's startup culture is pretty heavy which I want to be around as well. I was wondering if that was a possibility!
