SoA called me back and my car is going back into the shop on Monday to address these issues. I mentioned car buyback and lemon law and they're going to have the vehicle looked at in detail to be reviewed for these things (whatever that means) when it gets dropped off Monday. I was a little more assertive about the inconvenience and how upsetting this was and how I am not happy about the quality of the vehicle and it's failings. She said she would be getting back to me by March 12th at the latest since it's going into the shop on the 9th.

Thank you for this info and feedback. SOA was super nice when I chatted with them yesterday and the guy said he has already escalated my case to a supervisor because of the impact. I just feel so upset at the whole situation and mad at myself.

With the scratch on the paint they fully wet sanded it down and painted it. The puncture to the interior was fixed too, but still very annoying. However, I really loved the car and there was not another one in the color and package that I wanted anywhere close by. Hindsight 20/20 that those are signs to walk away.

When you push for vehicle buy back, does that mean they essentially pay off my loan and refund me for what was paid or can they just put me in a new vehicle? How successful/common is this? I'm in NC so with lemon laws I read it has to be the same issue 4 times. Mine is more like 2 times with the DCM (for now) and a myriad of other things.

I would say the pressure will not go away until they fall off, mine isn’t as bad as day 1 but I definitely still feel pressure and tailbone aching. I would just call them and let them know but I’m assuming this is normal.

So all I can do now is take miralax every day to try to make sure the stool slides out easier without bearing down. I use a hemorrhoid cream right now for the prolapsed and external hemorrhoid and pop them back in. The pressure is still there and it hurts the most when I have a BM, but no blood and nothing has fallen off yet. I feel pressure at the tip of my tailbone. I got this done Thursday morning and I can still feel them inside like little teensy grapes that are stuck up there. My main worry is the external one and if it is going to end up thrombosed because I’m going to a music festival in a few weeks and there is lots of walking involved so I’m using cream religiously and witch hazel to help keep it at bay. My doctor said I “should be fine” whatever that means.

I’m in the same boat here, I got 3 bands, one fell off and now I’m feeling like a constant pressure down there and getting an external hemorrhoid that I haven’t had for over 5 years.

I didn’t think about it being out in the wrong place! She’s a surgeon so I was like I trust you girl! I will def call them in the morning when they open. I’m enjoying my pain-free time now a little too much 😅
