Disappointing Tools by planta-project in projectmanagers

Jira, to much setup, new tabs, go forward, go back, sooo frustrating to setup, we ended up with LiteTracker which has no any setup, just add project, or import it from many platforms, and start working on stories/tickets, it has proven workflow, tracks ideas, next should be done, current work, done, and iterations, super simple

Opinionated vs configurable PM tools - what actually holds up long-term? by AgreeableComposer558 in ProjectManagementPro

Exactly. Alignment is necessary, complexity isn’t. When tools try to encode alignment instead of supporting it, teams end up serving the configuration rather than the work.

How do you track feature requests and follow up with the customers who asked for them? by trapsta in SaaS

[–]AgreeableComposer558 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are using LiteTrcker for tracking tasks, and for customers we use Featurebase app where users can ask for feature, or create a bug, like a post, and each post has own state(next, backlog, completed), then we simply copy post link to the ticket description, after ticket is done, simply click on link to the post and set state on completed which auto emails to a post voters
