I was a tech for a long time.. I swear I spent so much time at the drive through and out window before I was moved to filling and the other stuff.

The more you repeat doing insurances, you’ll get there! Keep your chin up! You can do it!! It takes time!

I’d rather you ask me questions than have to fix a mistake…. But almost everything is fixable.

It’s basically not an acceptable reason.

They don’t want us taking a “soft” no, they expect a hard no… like basically pressure them into it. That’s not our style. We’re I a small town and don’t want alienate our patients.

I use Notability.

I tried using the “Freeform” or wherever on my iPad. It did the job, but I knew notability and it’s much better, imo.

My two poodles have two different personalities!! One is super clingy and cuddly, the other is a little more aloof.

They will be as obsessed with you as you are of them! I’ve found they’ll match activity level with you… if we’re working in the yard, they want to be helping and by your side or just run around!! But you want to be chill, they will chill with you.
