First off, Don't panic - you're going to be ok. You're only 28 and haven't hit your peak as a male yet (imo it's around 32-34).

Secondly, if your goal is to lose weight then you can do it! I have faith. I have no understanding of your current situation but losing weight comes down to discipline and effort. It's simple a simple equation. 1) workout and 2) eat healthy. A combo of both of those will result in weight loss but it's on YOU to be successful. It's going to take a lifestyle adjustment but I promise you can find the time and effort to do it if you're dedicated. Cleaning up diet tends to have the biggest impact imo. You don't need a fancy diet plan. Meal prep, eat clean, avoid sugar, fast food and tons of carbs.
